In addition to the reconstruction and modernisation of the Hořovice Hospital and the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun, CONSTRUCTION TEAM has completed the Multiscan Clinical Oncology Pavilion in Pardubice, the reconstruction of the maternity ward of the Hořovice Hospital and the construction of apartments for employees.
Your job description will include:
- Managing and organising the work of a defined section of the project.
- Coordinating and ensuring the work of subcontractor companies
- Coordinating and arranging the delivery of materials
- Controlling the quality of the work carried out
- Controlling compliance with the safety of the work of the entrusted construction site
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
University or secondary education in a construction or technical field. We also require a minimum of 5 years of experience and experience in construction management. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. We welcome experience on a project of larger volume (min. 250 million CZK) and authorization (but not a requirement). We also expect communication skills, responsibility, independence and time flexibility.
