I consent to the company AKESO holding a.s., with registered office at Nárožní 1400/7, 158 00 Prague 5, ID No.: 21029725, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 28568, as the data controller (hereinafter "Controller"), or another company within the AKESO group (see AKESO holding a.s.) processing my personal data that I have provided for the purpose of job placement, or that are publicly available about me on the relevant social networks, i.e. primarily their inclusion in the Controller`s register of job applicants, their evaluation and disclosure to employers for the purpose of offering a job position (hereinafter "Purpose of job placement") in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 and under the conditions set out below.
The personal data processed are personal and presented data, in particular first name and surname, date of birth, nationality, academic titles, detailed information relating to contact details including permanent residence, email, phone number, educational background and work experience, internships and part-time jobs, current job positions, knowledge and skills, requirements of the requested job position, and other related optional items.
Personal data are processed to the extent of the registration form completed by the job applicant, the registration made via the mobile application, and in the case of submission or electronic upload of a curriculum vitae (CV) to the extent of the personal data stated therein, or to the extent of information that is publicly available on the relevant social networks and/or through the Controller's mobile application.
The processing of personal data is carried out on the premises of the Controller's registered office in an automated manner using computer technology and/or manually in the form of a filing system, by individual authorised employees of the Controller or in cooperation with an external processor.
Access to the processed personal data is held, as a processor, by Datacruit s.r.o., with registered office at Václavské nám 1, Prague 1, 110 00, ID No.: 03545652, whose processing of personal data meets the requirements of applicable legislation, which ensures adequate protection of the rights of data subjects. The processor has access to personal data only for the time strictly necessary and to the extent strictly necessary. Personal data are not transferred to third countries.
The processing of personal data will take place for a period of 2 years, unless this consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn earlier.
The consent granted to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn free of charge at any time. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to its withdrawal. The withdrawal of consent also has no effect on the processing of personal data that the Controller processes on a legal basis other than consent (i.e. in particular where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, a legal obligation or for other reasons set out in applicable legislation).
With respect to their personal data, the job applicant has the right to access their personal data, to correct or supplement their personal data, to request restriction of processing, to raise an objection or complaint against processing in certain cases, to request data portability, to access personal data, to be informed of a personal data security breach in certain cases, to erasure of personal data in certain cases, to address their request or other stimulus to the Office for Personal Data Protection or, in the case of infringement of their personal rights, to seek appropriate redress in accordance with applicable law or to claim compensation for damages suffered.
If the job applicant requests confirmation as to whether or not their personal data are being processed, the Controller will provide the relevant confirmation and, if applicable, within the scope of their right of access to personal data, further information on the processing of personal data.
The personal data provided are secured by standard procedures and technologies. The Controller guarantees that it regularly checks whether the system contains vulnerabilities and has not been subject to an attack, and uses such security measures as can reasonably be required of a controller to prevent unauthorised access to the personal data provided and which, given the current state of technology, provide sufficient security. The security measures adopted are then regularly updated.
The Controller can be contacted at the following email address: dpo@akesoholding.cz or in writing at its registered office address. The Controller informs the job applicant that the provision of consent to the processing of personal data for the Purpose of job placement is voluntary. If consent to the processing of personal data is refused, the applicant cannot be registered in the Controller`s relevant database and thus cannot receive job offers from the relevant employers. Except for exceptions established by law, the Controller is obliged to destroy the personal data once the period for which the consent was granted expires, or in the event of its withdrawal. In such a case, it is not possible to include and maintain the job applicant in the Controller`s relevant register.
