For our dental clinic and clinic of musculoskeletal and sports medicine, we are looking for an experienced colleague to take charge of health insurance matters, reimbursements, and the operational and regulatory obligations of the healthcare facility.
Job Description
- Communicating with health insurance companies,
- managing contracts and reimbursement matters,
- verifying reimbursements, preparing billing statements, and resolving discrepancies,
- handling vouchers, spa referrals, and related documentation,
- Communicating with the Prague City Hall, public health authorities, and other institutions,
- preparing and updating operating procedures and related documentation,
- collaboration on registrations, changes, and expansion of healthcare services,
- supporting clinic management regarding legislative and operational requirements,
- collaborating with physicians, physical therapists, the front desk, and central departments.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- At least 2–5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, health insurance companies, reimbursement matters, or operational and regulatory affairs,
- familiarity with the environment of an outpatient healthcare facility,
- knowledge of communicating with health insurance companies is a plus,
- Experience with the Prague City Hall (MHMP), public health regulations, operational procedures, or the registration of healthcare services is a major advantage,
- attention to detail, independence, and the ability to see things through to completion,
- Good organizational and communication skills,
- working knowledge of MS Office.
