In the Hořovice Hospital or in a detached office of the call centre in Prague 4.
Full-time work (Mon-Fri, morning + afternoon shifts)
JOB SUMMARY
You will be the first voice that clients hear. You'll help them with their orders, answer their questions and connect them with the right people. No routine, but work that makes sense!
- Telephone communication with patients and clients
- Working with the ordering system and databases
- Call transfer, email communication
- Working with colleagues from different departments

- Secondary education
- English at a communicative level (required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Pleasant and courteous demeanor, empathy and discretion
- Ability to convey information clearly and patiently
- Optimism and ability to see opportunities even in difficult situations
- Independence, reliability and support for a friendly company culture
- Willingness to learn (we will take care of initial training and your further development)
