Full-time work (Mon-Fri 7:00 -18:00, morning + afternoon shifts)
JOB SUMMARY
You will be the first voice that clients hear. You'll help them with ordering, answer their questions and connect them with the right people. No routine, but work that makes sense!
- Telephone communication with patients and clients
- Working with the ordering system and databases
- Call transfer, email communication
- Working with colleagues from different departments
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- High school diploma
- Communicative level of English (required)
- Active knowledge of Czech for everyday communication with patients and the team
- Excellent communication skills
- A pleasant and courteous demeanor, empathy, and discretion
- Ability to convey information clearly and patiently
- Optimism and the ability to see opportunities even in difficult situations
- Independence, reliability, and a supportive, friendly company culture
- Willingness to learn (we’ll take care of your initial training and your continued development)
