Social worker for the Specialist Social Counselling service

Křesadlo HK provides support to families and individuals with autism, while also focusing on raising awareness of the diagnosis. We offer services such as social counselling, rehabilitation and day care, aiming to improve the integration and quality of life of these individuals.

Basic job description of a social worker:
- Providing social counselling.
- Managing the social agenda
- Identifying needs arising from adverse social situations
- Planning and reviewing the course of service provision
- Managing the case process
In addition, it is involved in the performance of the following activities:
- The worker deals with the adverse social situation of the client/user
- The worker deals with the client's/user's partial NSS
- The service is provided according to the IP (Individual Plan)
- Revises and updates the IP
- Points out changes in the NSS (adverse social situation)
- Evaluates the fulfilment of sub-objectives
- Participates in the development of documentation
- Participates in multidisciplinary teams to address the client's adverse social situation
- Provides services on an outpatient and field basis
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
Qualification requirements:
- Completed education according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services
Skills and aptitudes:
- Knowledge of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, related Decree No. 505/2006 Coll. and Decree No. 505 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended.
- Basic knowledge of PAS (Autism Spectrum Disorder) - preferably experience in social services - we train our employees in PAS and we continuously train them
- Ability to conduct negotiations with clients, their representatives, institutions and other interested parties
- Knowledge of the content and ability to perform basic social counselling
- Orientation in the social services system
- Diligence and ability to maintain documentation, including records of meetings
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Pleasant demeanour
- Responsible attitude and empathy
- Mental toughness
- Computer skills (MS Office, Windows OS, Google calendar, etc.)
