JOB SUMMARY
- Ordering goods and replenishing stock
- Receiving and checking the delivered goods
- Sorting and storing stock
- Dispensing raw materials to the kitchen for processing
- Compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Working with the operations manager, chef and nutritional therapist
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Reliability and responsible approach to work
- Diligence and sense of order
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic PC work (orders, records)
- Experience in a similar position an advantage
- Knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP) an advantage
