The AKESO Healthcare Holding is preparing a new healthcare project in Prague’s Nové Butovice district, with the goal of offering clients and their families a top-tier level of premium healthcare, including the organization of services and a highly personalized approach.
The project will be part of the unique Neoklinika concept, which will become AKESO’s flagship outpatient care facility. We are looking for a leader who will help establish a premium care model that will be truly exceptional in the European context and who will subsequently take responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of this premium care . This is not a standard managerial position. We are looking for someone who will build a super-premium care concept from the ground up, establish processes, standards, and a team, and subsequently ensure their long-term operation.
Job Description:
- Design and development of a super-premium care model.
- Establishing the client journey from initial contact through long-term care.
- Establishing standards for communication, organization, and coordination of care.
- Establishing collaboration among doctors, nurses, coordinators, and other professionals.
- Recruiting, leading, and developing a team focused on individualized client care.
- Implementing and continuously improving processes.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned department.
- Monitoring service quality and client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with AKESO Group management on the project’s further development.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- An experienced manager, preferably with experience in the healthcare sector
- A person capable of developing new services and setting up processes from the ground up.
- Someone with high standards for quality, professionalism, and work organization.
- A natural leader who can earn the respect of both professional and operational teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to view healthcare from the perspective of the patient and their family.
- Active knowledge of English.
Experience with
- Managing healthcare facilities or parts thereof.
- Coordinating care for high-need clients.
