Job Description
- Recording and managing patients’ medical records
- Scheduling patients for examinations and follow-up visits
- Communicating with patients, doctors, and other departments
- Providing administrative support to nursing staff and physicians
- Working with the hospital information system
- Call center operations
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- At least a high school diploma (maturita)
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- We expect strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, independence, flexibility, assertiveness, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Administrative experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
- Very good organizational skills and the ability to work well with others.
- High level of commitment to work.
- Willingness to learn new things.

The Multiscan Oncology and Radiology Center is located at Pardubice Hospital and is part of the Pardubice Region Comprehensive Cancer Center. It also operates clinical oncology outpatient clinics in Chrudim, Svitavy, and Ústí nad Orlicí. The oncology department at Hořovice Hospital also serves as another branch facility. In addition to these outpatient clinics, the center also operates a radiodiagnostics department, which is located at the Vektor Polyclinic in Pardubice.
