We offer full-time, double-shift work (8-hour morning and afternoon shifts from 7:00-15:30 and 11:30-20:00), with occasional weekends and holidays.

JOB SUMMARY
- Taking care of clients and ensuring that their visit is pleasant
- Booking patients in our system
- Basic administration related to the running of the reception
- Telephone and e-mail communication with clients
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Completed secondary education
- Experience in a healthcare environment an advantage, not a requirement
- Knowledge of English language at a basic communicative level
- Pleasant and professional demeanour
- Empathy, courtesy and patient approach to patients
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability, independence and a proactive approach
- Willingness to work in shift work
