Project Manager (m/f) for innovative IT projects in healthcare

We are looking for a partner who has 2-3 years as a consultant or in project management and wants to transfer his/her experience from a consultancy or corporate environment to a place where he/she can see a real impact on people's lives.
What you will be responsible for:
- Co-lead large healthcare IT projects - from needs analysis, to solution design, to deployment into operations.
- Coordinate vendors, internal IT, physicians, nurses and hospital management.
- Plan and manage the schedule, budget and sustainability of assigned projects.
- Translate project objectives into specific functionality requirements for vendors and internal teams.
- Manage the project according to proven methodology (PRINCE2 / PMI / Agile principles) - milestones, risks, change management.
- Assist with the actual implementation of change - process setup, user training, post deployment support.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- You have 2-3 years of experience as a consultant or project manager (ideally consulting / IT projects).
- You can talk to management and practitioners and keep everyone aligned with project goals.
- You have experience with larger IT/digital projects and environments where there are many stakeholders and many concurrent tasks.
- You can clearly structure work, set priorities and follow through.
- Czech at a professional level, English for documentation work and occasional communication.
The advantage for you will be:
- Experience with publicly funded projects / grants,
- Knowledge of PRINCE2/PMI or other methodologies,
- Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment.
