We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for strategic and operational projects across the healthcare environment. From preparing and coordinating large-scale capital projects to optimizing hospital processes, you will have a varied workload. You will work with the holding company management, physicians, technical teams and external partners. Your goal will be to move the hospital towards a more efficient and modern operation.
JOB SUMMARY
- Managing and coordinating projects across the hospital
- Leading strategic projects such as the Next Generation Hospital, construction of hospital housing and refurbishment of facilities or development of education facilities
- Coordinating capital and operational projects from design to implementation
- Optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency and quality of service delivery
- Cooperation with hospital management, professional departments, designers, contractors and external partners
- Evaluating risks and proposing appropriate solutions
- Actively seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement in the functioning of the organisation
- Preparing submissions to senior management and presenting project results
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Experience in project management (ideally of construction or operational projects in the healthcare sector)
- Orientation to project methods and ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and systematic approach
- Ability to coordinate diverse teams and communicate across the organization
- Driving licence with a driving licence with. B
