We are looking for a Product Manager / Product Manager who will help us create and manage complex human health products - from idea to real-life application.
You will work with us to care for health, the most precious thing we have.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Lead the product from specification to delivery and impact measurement.
- Translate the needs of the practice (patients, healthcare professionals, operations) into actionable steps and priorities.
- Coordinate collaboration across teams (clinic, development, regulators, business, management).
- Oversee scope, timelines, and meaningfulness - to ensure the product actually works and delivers value.
- Continuously collect feedback and improve the product based on real data and experience.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- At least 3 years of product management or complex project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills - be able to talk to a variety of people and hold a common direction.
- Ability to break down a complex problem into clear steps and decisions.
- A keen eye for detail while respecting the realities of the healthcare and regulated environment.
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
