CONSTRUCTION TEAM is a real estate development, engineering and construction company that implements construction projects exclusively for AKESO, one of the leading healthcare providers in the Czech Republic. In addition to the reconstruction and modernization of the Hořovice Hospital and the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun, CONSTRUCTION TEAM has completed the Multiscan Clinical Oncology Pavilion in Pardubice, the reconstruction of the maternity ward of the Hořovice Hospital and the construction of apartments for employees.
Your job description will include:
- Technical preparation of the construction with the requirements of the works contract, project documentation, legislation, technical standards, technological procedures and construction schedule.
- Proposing design changes and alternatives
- Tendering process and contractor selection
- Cost management
- Liaising with the main construction manager, designer and contractors
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
University or secondary education in a construction or technical field. We also require at least 2 years of experience in the field of construction work, knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project and a Group B driver's license. We welcome experience on a project of a larger volume (min. 250 million CZK). We also expect communication skills, responsibility, independence and time flexibility.
