You will work in the Rehabilitation Hospital in Beroun
YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION WILL INCLUDE
- Ensuring complete HR administration (employment contracts, amendments, terminations).
- Maintaining and managing the personnel records of employees.
- Recording attendance, leave and other employment data.
- Day to day communication with employees and supporting managers in HR agenda.
- Resolving common employment situations.
- Coordination of onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Collaboration with other HR colleagues (recruitment, payroll, training).
- Participating in HR process improvement and internal communication.
- Promoting a positive company culture.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Completed secondary school/university education.
- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
- Good communication skills.
- Independence and reliability.
- Willingness to learn new things, participate in the development of HR tools and processes.
- Ability to make independent decisions in challenging situations.
