We are recruiting a colleague for the position of Online Marketing Specialist who will sit with us in the office, be a full-time part of the marketing team and be directly involved in the presentation of the individual facilities of the entire AKESO holding. YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Plan, execute and evaluate digital campaigns, including creating a monthly content plan.
- manage the website and microsites in collaboration with the team
- Manage social media for companies across the holding
- create content and graphics for online marketing materials
- Oversee the performance of PPC and social media campaigns
- Monitor new trends and innovations in online marketing and their implementation into marketing strategies
- Collaborate with internal and external graphic designers to create marketing materials
- Independently plan, manage and lead assigned marketing projects and campaigns
- Co-create internal and external communications to current and future employees
- collaborate with the in-house marketing team on complex digital marketing solutions and related marketing activities of AKESO Holding
WHERE YOU WILL BE WORKING:

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
Proven experience in digital marketing including generative artificial intelligence, overview of the digital environment, advertising opportunities and trends, experience in creating interesting and readable content for social networks and websites, basic copywriting or at least a flair for writing creative texts, perfect knowledge of Czech language and grammar, knowledge of English at a communicative level, advanced PC skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent communication and organizational skills, independence but also the ability to work as part of a team, the ability to think logically and evaluate things in context, the ability to quickly orientate oneself in a given issue, a flair for graphic output and a driving licence with a licence with a. B. Your experience working with bloggers and influencers will be an advantage, but not a requirement. A friendly team is our priority and we believe you will be happy to be part of it.
