WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO
Křesadlo HK provides support to families and individuals with autism, while also focusing on raising awareness of the diagnosis. We offer services such as social counselling, rehabilitation and day care, aiming to improve the integration and quality of life of these individuals.

Basic job description (activities) of the worker:
- Dealing with adverse social situation of the client/user
- Solves partial NSS of the client/user
- Provides service according to IP (individual plan)
- Participates in the compilation, revision and updating of the IP
- Points out changes in the NSS (adverse social situation)
- Evaluates the fulfilment of sub-objectives
- Carries out these activities on an outpatient basis and in the field
- Writes minutes of interventions
- Participates in multidisciplinary teams to address the client's adverse social situation
- Communicates with the social worker and service manager
- Participates in the development of methodologies
- Provides services in accordance with Section 70 of Act No. 108/2000 Coll., on Social Services and Section 35 of Decree No. 505/2006 Coll., on Social Services
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education according to Act No 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, with pedagogical or psychological specialization, or special education
- Therapeutic training an advantage
Skills and aptitudes:
- Clean criminal record
- Medical fitness
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant demeanor
- Responsible attitude and empathy
- Mental resilience
- Ability to resolve conflict in the workplace
- Ability to negotiate with institutions
Other requirements (e.g. work experience):
- Basic knowledge of PAS (autism spectrum disorder) - experience in social services an advantage
- Group B driving licence
- Basic orientation in the social services system
- Knowledge of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on Social Services as amended and Decree No. 505 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on Social Services as amended.
- Computer skills (MS Office, Windows OS, Google calendar, Google Drive, mobile phone)
