JOB SUMMARY
- Draws up nutritional plans and diet prescriptions based on medical indications, taking into account specific needs (diets, allergies).
- Supervises the preparation of meals in the food service area, ensuring compliance with the principles of healthy and therapeutic nutrition.
- Educates patients and their families on dietary and special nutritional measures.
- Evaluates nutritional history, risks of malnutrition and suggests supplements (sipping, protein preparations).
- Works closely with attending physician, dietary manager and other specialists.

- University/university of nutrition therapy according to Act No. 96/2004 Coll.
- Professional qualification for the profession of nutritional therapist is a condition - experience is an advantage.
- We also expect diligence, reliability, good communication skills and a desire to continue to develop.
