WHERE YOU WILL WORK
In the Hořovice Hospital - internal department.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Independent diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute and chronic internal medicine diseases in standard beds, intermediate care unit and internal ICU
- Establishing and implementing diagnostic and therapeutic plans, conducting rounds, indicating and interpreting examinations
- Care of patients requiring vital signs monitoring, management of non-invasive ventilation, cooperation in providing artificial pulmonary ventilation or dialysis
- Performing selected specialist procedures (e.g. electrical cardioversion)
- Providing outpatient care according to specialty, including the indication and evaluation of specialized tests
- Providing consultative activities within the hospital and collaboration with external specialist centres
- Supervising junior doctors, participating in training and providing services according to the schedule
- Maintaining medical records and communicating with patients and their families in accordance with current legislation
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Professional competence to practise General Medicine
- Attestation in Internal Medicine
- Experience in an inpatient internal medicine department and interest in further development
- Ability to work independently as an outpatient and inpatient
- Empathetic and professional approach to patients
