Our urology department has triple and double rooms that are very modern and well-equipped, including private sanitary facilities. Two beds are equipped with vital signs monitoring systems. Patients with the need for urological surgery or conservative specialised urological care are admitted here. At the same time, we cooperate closely with surgical and other departments of our hospital. Post-operative care for patients after major urological surgeries is provided in the intensive care unit of the hospital to monitor the post-operative condition. Patients then return to standard urology beds.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- specialised competence in urology
- experience or motivation to work with modern diagnostic and therapeutic methods (e.g. fusion biopsy, urodynamic examination, videocystoscopy, laparoscopy, endourology, working with holmium laser, etc.)
- active approach to the care of inpatients and outpatients
- Ability to work as part of a team in a multidisciplinary environment (surgery, ARO, radiology, laboratory, etc.)
- responsibility, reliability and professional demeanour
- willingness to continue professional development and to follow new developments in the field
- an interest in minimally invasive procedures or surgical procedures (including endourological and laparoscopic techniques) is an advantage
