JOB SUMMARY
- Preparation and cooking of hot and cold meals
- Compliance with technological procedures, patients' dietary requirements
- Quality and freshness control of raw materials, their proper storage and record keeping.
- Cooperation with nutritional therapists in the preparation of dietary meals.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the working environment, washing and disinfecting work surfaces and equipment.
- Compliance with H&S and HACCP principles.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- At least an apprenticeship in the field of cook (experience is an advantage )
- flexibility and interest in work
- ability to work as a team and good communication skills
