WHAT WILL YOUR JOB ENTAIL?
Ensuring the effective management of patient care pathways, their ongoing optimization, and supporting patients as they navigate the healthcare system. A key part of the role is actively communicating with patients, identifying their needs, and providing support throughout their treatment. An integral part of the role is also establishing cooperation and coordination with referral clinics in the catchment area to ensure smooth processes and continuity of care.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Optimizing the patient journey within the healthcare facility
- Communicating with patients and ensuring proper scheduling for examinations and procedures
- Collaborating with physicians and healthcare staff within the holding company as well as with external partners to ensure the most effective patient care possible
- Preparing and compiling medical records from various examinations
- Proactively addressing patient situations with a focus on their individual needs
- Building long-term relationships with patients and physicians based on professionalism, trust, and reliability
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- High school / college education
- Experience in the healthcare field is a plus, but not required
- An active and responsible approach to work, the ability to organize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Outlook, Word, Excel) is required
- Pleasant and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and an empathetic approach
- Knowledge of diagnostic methods in healthcare is a plus
- Class B driver’s license
