JOB SUMMARY
- consultative work in the field of pharmacotherapy of hospitalised patients
- evaluation of patients' medication (interactions, dosage, adverse effects)
- collaboration with doctors, nurses and hospital pharmacists
- patient education on pharmacotherapy - anticoagulation, diabetes, obesity
- development of pharmacotherapeutic recommendations
- participation in clinical rounds and expert meetings
- internal education of other healthcare professionals in the hospital
- the possibility of occasional work from home
- the possibility of running an outpatient clinic with a salary bonus
WHERE YOU WILL WORK
In the Hořovice Hospital - internal medicine and neurology department.
Possibility to work full-time or part-time, or in the form of a Work Activity Agreement (WLA).
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- University degree in pharmacy
- specialisation in clinical pharmacy (or willingness to complete it)
- knowledge of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and drug interactions
- communication and analytical skills
- Responsibility, diligence, teamwork skills
We also expect diligence, reliability, good communication skills and a desire to continue to develop.
