What you will be responsible for:
- Handling purchasing requirements within the holding company.
- Communicating with international suppliers (sending enquiries, email communication, order clarification)
- Preparation of quotations and preparation of decision documents
- Arranging transport from abroad to the Czech Republic - negotiation with carriers, logistic details, customs clearance (we will train you)
- Administrative support of the purchasing department
- Working with the catalogue of materials used - updating, sorting, replenishing
- Simplified analytics - comparing internal data with supplier documents
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Analytical skills, diligence, reliability
- Communication and organizational skills
- Active knowledge of all MS Office tools, advanced use of Excel
- Knowledge of English language in both written and verbal form
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new things
- Driving licence with Sk. B - an advantage
