Your responsibilities will include:
- Active participation in IS/IT operations
- Infrastructure management—networks, servers, storage, and end-user devices
- User support
- Collaboration on the implementation of individual IT projects
- Managing, creating, and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation for individual IT technologies
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- A degree in a technical or technical-economic field (high school / vocational college / university)
- Basic knowledge of English (especially technical terminology)
- General knowledge of information and communication technologies
- Familiarity with network technologies
- Experience providing user support
