Job Description:
- creating and posting job ads, and editing them as needed by department heads
- Active engagement with candidates—contacting candidates, conducting telephone prescreenings, and coordinating in-person interviews, including participation in selection processes
- Finding new ways to reach potential candidates
- Working closely with department heads to select suitable candidates
- Maintaining records of candidates and selection process results
- Handling administrative tasks related to onboarding new employees in collaboration with the HR department
- Preparing, organizing, and actively participating in the onboarding of new employees
- Active participation in job fairs and recruitment events
- Establishing partnerships with vocational schools
- Collaborating on HR marketing activities
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- High school or college degree
- Experience in the recruitment process is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
- Class B driver’s license is a plus (occasional travel within the holding company)
