Job description:
- Creating and publishing job advertisements, modifying them according to the needs of department heads.
- active work with candidates - contacting candidates, conducting telephone prescreening and coordinating personal interviews, including participation in selection procedures
- finding new ways to approach potential candidates
- working closely with Heads of Department to select suitable candidates
- keeping records of candidates and the results of selection procedures
- ensuring the administration of the recruitment process in cooperation with the HR department
- preparation, organisation and active participation in onboarding of new employees
- active participation in job fairs and recruitment events
- establishing cooperation with vocational schools
- cooperation in HR marketing activities
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- High school/university education
- experience in recruitment process an advantage
- good user knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- excellent communication and organisational skills
- pleasant and professional demeanour
- driving licence sk. B is an advantage (occasional travel within the holding)
