We are looking for an energetic and experienced colleague for the position of HR Manager (m/f) who has excellent organizational skills, communication skills and the ability to bring and implement innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to lead and coordinate the HR department in a healthcare facility with an emphasis on efficiency.
JOB DUTIES:
- Ensuring the full employment cycle of a diverse hospital workforce (HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, onboarding, employee training and career development, reward and motivation system, employer branding, company culture)
- Strategic HR management and formalisation of HR processes as well as day-to-day operations
- Supporting hospital management and communication with AKESO holding headquarters
- Coverage of all HR and payroll administration
- Leadership and motivation of the team
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- University degree, ideally in HR or management
- Demonstrable experience in HR covering the full employee cycle, experience in the healthcare industry a great advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the Labour Code and related regulations
- Basic knowledge of payroll accounting and related legislation
- Be a role model and mentor to the HR team as well as to senior staff on HR issues
- Ability to deal with situations even under pressure
- Independence and responsibility - ability to work effectively on multiple tasks simultaneously and come up with new ideas
- Communication and organizational talent - ability to motivate self and others and move things in the right direction
- Positive relationship with people and numbers (reporting, working with data)
- Flexibility and reliability - willingness to solve problems promptly and work effectively in a team
