WHERE YOU’LL WORK
You will work at the Rehabilitation Hospital in Beroun
Work hours: Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
YOUR JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
- Handling all HR administrative tasks (employment contracts, amendments, termination of employment).
- Maintaining and managing employee personnel records.
- Tracking attendance, vacation time, and other employment data.
- Daily communication with employees and support for managers in HR matters.
- Resolving common labor law issues.
- Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Collaborating with other HR colleagues (recruitment, payroll, training).
- Contributing to the improvement of HR processes and internal communication.
- Promoting a positive company culture.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Completed secondary school/university education.
- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
- Good communication skills.
- Independence and reliability.
- Willingness to learn new things, participate in the development of HR tools and processes.
- Ability to make independent decisions in challenging situations.
