We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our Finance Department to support in the areas of financial planning, controlling and bank financing. We are looking for an independent and analytically strong individual who is familiar with budgeting, reporting and accounting.
Job Description:
- Collaboration in the development of financial plans of companies within AKESO holding (short-term, long-term plans).
- Preparation of calculations and monitoring of financial covenants according to loan agreements
- Analysis of financing offers
- Identification and implementation of measures to optimize costs and increase efficiency
- Preparation of regular financial reports for the company management
- Participation in internal projects aimed at improving processes and reporting tools
- Cooperation with other members of the finance and accounting department
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Min. 2 years of experience in finance (accounting department or controlling/reporting)
- Experience in communication with banks an advantage
- Good analytical skills and knowledge of financial tools and methods
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI an advantage
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and detail orientation
- Independence, reliability, proactive approach and ability to present work results
