Business Analyst (m/f) - AI & Digital Health

We are building a platform that connects the collection of patient information through AI, clinical documentation mining and patient context creation andcare management through intelligent workflow. The goal is fewer cancelled procedures, fewer unnecessary visits and more time for the patient. We're looking for an analyst who can translate clinical and operational needs into clear requirements, processes and models - to make real improvements in cancer patient care.
What you will be responsible for:
- Lead workshops with expert teams and operations, manage requirements gathering, define use cases and business objectives.
- Map patient pathways and design E2E processes (triage → diagnosis → treatment → follow-up), including exceptions and escalations.
- Write user stories/epics and acceptance criteria; maintain backlog and priorities.
- Define KPIs/OKRs (e.g., cancelled procedures, transit time, excess visits, telephone burden) and design reporting/dashboards.
- Prepare assignments for prototypes/wire models (low-fi in Figma).
- Coordinate UAT: scenarios, schedule, collection of comments, acceptance with clinics.
- Collaborate on MVP → pilot → rollout.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst/Product Analyst role (healthcare preferred but not required).
- You can structure problems, guide stakeholders to decisions and translate insights into clear specifications.
- Experience with process modeling (BPMN/UML) and writing user stories + AC.
- Confident in workshop facilitation, prioritization and working with KPIs.
- Knowledge of tools - Gitlab, Figma, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint.
