WHERE YOU WILL WORK

YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION WILL INCLUDE
- Administrative support to the lead physiotherapist.
- Recording attendance and absenteeism, managing the attendance system.
- Planning weekly and weekend operations, creating schedules.
- Assisting with the day to day running of the agenda.
- Ensuring the BTK course, communication with the technical department.
- Coordination of onboarding processes with the HR department.
- Cooperation in setting up system changes.
- Assisting in the coordination of student internships/internships.
- Communicating with the entire team of therapists.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- HIGH SCHOOL/UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE
- Study/education in health care is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, data processing experience an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Diligence, independence.
