We are recruiting a colleague to join our marketing team as a MARKETING ASSISTANT who will sit in the office with us, be a full-time part of the marketing team and be directly involved in the presentation of the individual facilities of the entire AKESO holding. You will be responsible for:
- Administrative and organizational support of the marketing team
- telephone and e-mail communication with suppliers and strategic partners
- Collaboration on online and offline marketing projects, including analysis and reporting
- filing, managing, replenishing and ordering marketing materials
- preparation of presentation materials for trade fairs, conferences, etc.
- updating, printing and creating presentations of the holding
- uploading the content of e-NÉA magazine
- managing and ordering gift items
- working with photographs and photo galleries
- media monitoring, including the creation of reports
- preparing documents for meetings and minutes of meetings
- other ad hoc tasks according to the needs of the supervisor/management

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
Completed secondary school education, perfect knowledge of Czech language in both written and verbal form, advanced knowledge of PC work (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent communication and organizational skills, independence, diligence, ability to communicate within a team, ability to think logically and evaluate things in context, ability to orient quickly in a given issue, ability to evaluate tasks according to priorities, driving licence sk.
