AI Specialist (m/f)
WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO
The AKESO Healthcare Holding continues to innovate and grow dynamically. Behind our revenue of 5 billion CZK lies the collective effort of more than 3,500 employees, who are our true driving force. We pride ourselves on open communication and a family-like atmosphere. We offer opportunities for initiative, self-fulfillment, and career development.
Artificial intelligence can save hours of work every week—but only for those who know how to use it. Most people in companies still have no idea how to use it, or are afraid of these new tools. Your job won’t be to develop AI, but to teach people how to use it effectively, dispel fears about new technologies, and build a strong community of users.
We’re not looking for developers. We’re looking for someone who can teach others how to use AI. This is a role for someone who gets a kick out of seeing the “light bulb moment” in others.
What You Can Expect Here
- Rolling out groundbreaking tools — You’ll lead programs for the successful deployment of company-wide AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT)—from pilot operations through to routine daily use.
- Tailor the strategy to people — You’ll design different approaches and plans for various employee groups and project phases to ensure the transition to AI is as smooth as possible. You’ll communicate differently with leadership, differently with administrative staff, and differently with people on the front lines.
- Build a “knowledge library” — You’ll create and manage a knowledge base—including guides, best practices, prompts, and success stories from our own experience.
- Spread enthusiasm and trends —You’ll keep track of the latest developments in AI and regularly inspire teams with interesting content, news, and specific tips that will save them time.
- Measure impact— You’ll track who’s actually using the tools and where they’re delivering real savings—and fine-tune the program accordingly.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Generative AI and Productivity Tools — In-depth knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Copilot (M365), ChatGPT, and other AI assistants—how they work, what their limitations are, and how to use them for office work (emails, presentations, data analysis, meeting summaries).
- Top-Notch Presentations and Training (Public Speaking) — You can speak in front of an audience, hold their attention (both in person and online via MS Teams), and explain complex technological concepts simply and with enthusiasm.
- Content creation and knowledge management— You can write a readable guide, record a short instructional video, send a newsletter that people will actually read, and structure a knowledge base so that everyone can easily find what they need.
- Patience and Empathy – A key part of the job is working with people who don’t welcome new technologies with open arms. You must be able to guide them through the change without condescension or clichés.
- Independence— You’ll largely design this role yourself—there won’t be a ready-made methodology for you to simply adopt.
An asset (but not a requirement)
- Experience with change management, internal communications, or L&D / employee training
- Awareness of data security and rules for handling sensitive information (GDPR, company AI policy)
- Hands-on experience creating your own GPTs, agents, Copilot Studio, or automation tools (Power Automate, etc.)
- Basic video editing (Canva, Descript, Camtasia)
- English proficiency at a level that allows you to read sources before they are available in Czech
