We are hiring a colleague for our Sales Department for Corporate and Medical Partnerships for the position of Sales Department Administrative Support (m/f), who will provide support to the sales department and help coordinate sales activities across the AKESO healthcare holding company.
You will be responsible for
- Administrative and organizational support for the sales department
- Organizing meetings, preparing materials for meetings, and drafting meeting minutes
- Coordinating tasks and communication between management and individual members of the sales team
- Coordinating meetings, communication, and the sales team’s daily tasks
- Preparing materials, overviews, and reports for sales activities
- Maintenance and management of sales documentation
- Communicating with internal and external partners as directed by the sales team
- Working with databases, spreadsheets, and records of sales activities
- Ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes within the department
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- At least a high school diploma
- Excellent command of the Czech language, both spoken and written
- English at a conversational level
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Independence, attention to detail, discretion, and a professional demeanor
- Ability to effectively manage priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment
A plus
- Experience providing administrative support to management or the sales department
- Class B driver’s license
