Adictologist/Case manager (m/f)
WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO
Day psychotherapeutic sanatorium "Ondřejov" s.r.o. in Prague, which is part of the medical holding AKESO, will recruit a new colleague to its field team of social rehabilitation for the position of Adictologist/Case manager (m/f).
You will have the opportunity to:
- Work with dual diagnosis clients (with experience of mental illness accompanied by addiction or harmful substance use).
- Perform addiction diagnosis and intervention.
- Provide individual counseling, crisis intervention, conduct motivational interviewing - focusing on leveraging clients' strengths and supporting them through the recovery process.
- Develop treatment plan, support clients in securing treatment.
- Case management - to provide networking services, family liaison, client escorts, support in client's employment and housing placement.
- Maintain client documentation, individual planning.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
Completed university education in the field of addictionology, criminal record and willingness to travel to clients in the field. We also expect reliability, communication, creativity, flexibility and teamwork skills.
An S4 course, a crisis intervention course, as well as experience in helping, addictionology, social work or health care fields and at least completed psychotherapy training would be an advantage.
