Job Description:
- Organizing the day-to-day operations of the reception desk
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the reception team
- Scheduling shifts and ensuring the reception desk is staffed
- Training new colleagues and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Communicating with patients and addressing their requests
- Coordinating patient appointments in collaboration with doctors
- Overseeing administrative processes, the cash register, and payment processing
- Reviewing insurance claims in collaboration with the operations manager and the chief physician
- Communicating with government agencies
- Coordinating marketing and PR activities to ensure the appointment calendar is fully booked
- Monitoring calendar availability (appointment scheduling) and actively scheduling additional patient appointments
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Experience in a similar position at a dental or orthodontic clinic – required
- Excellent communication skills, professional and presentable demeanor
- Organizational and coordination skills
- A responsible and meticulous approach to work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the XDENT system—a plus
