JOB DESCRIPTION
You’ll be the first voice clients hear. You’ll help them make appointments, answer their questions, and connect them with the right people. No routine—just work that makes a difference!
- Communicating with patients and clients over the phone
- Working with the appointment system and databases
- Transferring calls, email communication
- Collaborating with colleagues from various departments
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- High school diploma
- Communicative level of English (required)
- Excellent communication skills
- A pleasant and courteous demeanor, empathy, and discretion
- Ability to convey information clearly and patiently
- Optimism and the ability to see opportunities even in difficult situations
- Independence, reliability, and a supportive, friendly corporate culture
- Willingness to learn (we’ll provide initial training and support your continued development)
