We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager / Regional Care Coordinator to join our team—someone who wants to work actively in the field, build relationships with primary care physicians and healthcare partners, and gradually take on responsibility for their assigned region. This position is ideal for a candidate with limited experience who has a business mindset, excellent communication skills, and a desire for professional growth. Much of the work takes place in person at partners’ locations, so we’re looking for someone who thrives on active work outside the office.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Active fieldwork and regular visits to outpatient specialists and other healthcare partners
- Establishing new business relationships and developing existing partnerships
- Managing your assigned region and client portfolio
- Presenting services and opportunities for collaboration within the AKESO Group
- Identifying new opportunities for expanding partnerships
- Addressing the needs of clients and partners
- Managing client databases, CRM, and work calendars
- Preparing presentations, reports, and other working materials
- Carrying out sales and marketing activities in the region
- Regular reporting on results and activities
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- High school diploma
- Willingness to work in a sales role, primarily in the field
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Business acumen and a results-oriented mindset
- Independence, responsibility, and the ability to see tasks through to completion
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office—especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Confidence in working with digital tools and an interest in modern technologies, including AI
- Attention to detail and a systematic approach when working with databases and reporting
- A desire to learn and continue professional development
- A Class B driver’s license and a willingness to travel regularly to visit clients and partners
The following are a plus:
- Previous experience in healthcare or a related field
- Experience in sales, B2B, or client relations
- Familiarity with healthcare services
