WHERE YOU’LL WORK
at Hořovice Hospital – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain using modern pain management methods
- Providing specialized care to patients with chronic pain
- Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (neurologists, physical therapists, psychologists, etc.)
- Tailoring individualized treatment plans for patients
- Performing interventional pain management procedures (depending on specialization)
- Active participation in continuing education and professional development
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Specialized qualification (at least admission to a residency program) in the field of algesiology or in the following core disciplines: anesthesiology and critical care medicine / neurology / rehabilitation and physical medicine
- Interest in the treatment of chronic pain and continuing education in this field
- An empathetic and professional approach to patients
- Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and reliability
- Good health and a clean criminal record
- Active knowledge of the Czech language for daily communication with patients and the healthcare team, and for the proper maintenance of medical records
