Our Mental Rehabilitation Center is a modern facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology. You’ll also have access to a team of experienced doctors and healthcare professionals. In your work, you’ll have the opportunity to apply innovative approaches. We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our team at the Mental Rehabilitation Center in Beroun as a healthcare psychologist or clinical psychologist in our newly opened diagnostic and educational department for adult clients with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
WHERE YOU WILL WORK
At the Mental Rehabilitation Center on the grounds of the Beroun Rehabilitation Hospital.
What Will Your Job Entail?
- Conducting psychodiagnostic assessments of clients,
- Conducting individual therapeutic interventions,
- closely collaborating with psychiatrists, physicians, and other members of the multidisciplinary team,
- providing methodological support and professional guidance to the team of psychologists,
- mentoring colleagues in pre-certification training,
- participating in the development of professional procedures and services at the Mental Rehabilitation Center,
- participation in professional consultations, supervision sessions, and educational activities.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Advanced knowledge and experience in the field of psychodiagnostics and psychotherapeutic practice,
- a good understanding of issues in the fields of psychosomatics, day care centers, or child psychology,
- completed or at least advanced psychotherapy training,
- the ability and willingness to lead a team of psychologists within the department,
- interest in continuing education and professional development,
- Independence, responsibility, and reliability when working with clients,
- an empathetic approach, excellent communication skills, and high ethical standards.

The Mental Health Rehabilitation Center in Beroun is unique not only in the Czech Republic but also in the context of Europe as a whole.
