JOB DESCRIPTION
- Consiliary activity in the field of pharmacotherapy of hospitalized patients
- Evaluation of patients' medication (interactions, dosage, side effects)
- Collaboration with doctors, nurses and hospital pharmacists
- Patient education on pharmacotherapy - anticoagulation, diabetes, obesity
- Development of pharmacotherapy recommendations
- Participation in clinical rounds and expert meetings
- Internal education of other healthcare professionals in the hospital
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- University degree in pharmacy
- Specialist competence in clinical pharmacy
- Knowledge of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and drug interactions
- Communication and analytical skills
- Professional knowledge and willingness to further education
