We are looking for a colleague who will develop cooperation with outpatient specialists and other healthcare providers, coordinate the provision of healthcare services and build long-term relationships based on trust and high quality care. The position is suitable for a person with strong organizational and business skills who has experience in business development, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to establishing and developing relationships. The role also includes managing a portfolio of clients entrusted to you, participating in the development of business and marketing strategy and actively supporting the development of healthcare in the region.
What you will be responsible for:
- Developing professional collaborations with outpatient specialists and other healthcare providers to facilitate patient access to AKESO Group's specialized services.
- Comprehensive care of existing client portfolio, including regular communication, addressing requests and complaints, offering new services and organizing preventive healthcare events
- Care of the region entrusted to us and regular visits to specialist doctors
- Dealing with individual requirements and specific client situations.
- Managing client databases
- Implementation of the sales and marketing strategy in the region
- Regular reporting
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Demonstrable experience in business, preferably in healthcare, B2B or corporate services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build long-term relationships with physicians, partners and corporate clients
- Independence, responsible attitude, ability to quickly understand the assignment and independently implement it in practice
- Orientation in the business process from the first contact with the customer to the conclusion of the cooperation
- Knowledge of the healthcare or occupational health environment is an advantage, willingness to quickly navigate the field
- Diligence, systematic and responsible approach to working with documentation, databases and reporting
- Interest in further professional development and active involvement in the development of AKESO Group services
- Driving licence with a licence number. B and willingness to travel to clients and partners
