HR Recruitment Specialist (m/f)

We are looking for a colleague to join our HR team who will help recruit new employees, communicate with candidates and department heads, and ensure that the hiring process and onboarding of new colleagues run smoothly.
This position is suitable for students and recent graduates.

WHERE YOU’LL WORK
at Hořovice Hospital – administration building
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing the recruitment of employees across the hospital, from posting job listings to successfully filling positions
- Communicating with department heads, clarifying candidate requirements, and coordinating the selection process
- Reaching out to candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting telephone prescreenings
- Coordinating and participating in in-person interviews with candidates in collaboration with senior staff
- Maintaining ongoing communication with candidates and providing feedback throughout the selection process
- Coordinating the onboarding of new employees in collaboration with the HR department, including communication regarding pre-employment medical exams and onboarding documents
- Preparing and organizing orientation days for new employees
- Working with recruitment systems and managing the candidate database
- Collaborating on recruitment campaigns, participating in job fairs, and presenting job opportunities to students and potential employees
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- High school diploma / College degree (ideally in human resources management)
- Experience with recruiting new employees
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A professional and courteous approach when dealing with candidates and managers
- Independence, attention to detail, and reliability
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and a willingness to work with recruitment and HR systems
- Team spirit, a proactive approach, and an interest in human resources
- No criminal record and good health
