At the Mental Rehabilitation Center on the grounds of the Beroun Rehabilitation Hospital.
What Will Your Job Entail?
- Providing administrative support for outpatient clinics, day care centers, and the Sleep Medicine Center, with an emphasis on ensuring smooth operations and the efficient organization of daily tasks.
- Assisting with the preparation of medical records, including obtaining copies and performing related administrative tasks.
- When necessary, standing in for care coordinators in inpatient wards and providing the necessary administrative and organizational support.
- Working closely with colleagues and adapting to the current needs of individual departments.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- High school diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in administration or office operations.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a meticulous approach.
- Very good communication skills when interacting with patients and members of a multidisciplinary team.
- High level of adaptability—the ability to adjust to various work environments, teams, situations, and conditions.
- Flexibility and the ability to respond adaptively to changes, new requirements, and the current needs of the workplace.
- Independence, responsibility, and the ability to effectively organize work and set priorities.
- Good working knowledge of computers and common office applications.
- Discretion, a professional demeanor, and a helpful attitude in a healthcare setting.
- A willingness to learn new things and actively collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The Mental Health Rehabilitation Center in Beroun is unique not only in the Czech Republic but also in the context of all of Europe.
