Our Mental Rehabilitation Center is a modern facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology. You’ll also have a team of experienced doctors and healthcare professionals at your disposal. In your work, you’ll also have the opportunity to apply innovative approaches. We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our team at the Mental Rehabilitation Center in Beroun as a healthcare psychologist or clinical psychologist in our newly opened diagnostic and educational department for adult clients with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

At the Mental Rehabilitation Center on the grounds of the Beroun Rehabilitation Hospital.
What Will Your Job Entail?
- Providing specialized addiction care to clients with addictive behaviors and substance use disorders,
- Conducting individual and group therapeutic interventions,
- participating in the diagnosis and development of individualized treatment plans,
- providing professional counseling to clients and their loved ones,
- collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary team,
- maintaining medical records and preparing professional reports,
- participating in professional consultations, supervision sessions, and educational activities,
- participating in the development of addiction treatment services.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- a college degree in addiction studies,
- professional qualifications to practice as an addiction specialist,
- experience working with clients with addiction disorders is a plus,
- familiarity with current trends, methods, and procedures in the field of addiction studies,
- the ability to work independently as well as in a team,
- excellent communication skills, empathy, and a respectful approach toward clients,
- a professional demeanor, reliability, and a sense of responsibility,
- interest in continuing education and professional development.
